PIP CD-Guard

Urethane Hybrid Polymer Concrete Sealer
A self-linking hybrid urethane polymer used as a sealer for stained/polished concrete as well as polymer terrazzo substrates. Its unique chemistry provides excellent protection to polished and stained concrete. PIP CD-Guard hardens the surface while forming a thin protective coating that offers superior chemical and mar and scratch resistance. It is also very responsive to burnishing with diamond impregnated pads and has very good appearance (Milky White).

PIP CD-LS3

Lithium Silicate
A clear Lithium Silicate concrete hardener and densifier that is designed to penetrate and react with calcium hydroxide (free lime) to form calcium silicate hydrate which increases the hardness and density of the concrete. The concrete permeability is reduced thereby increasing the chemical resistance which in turn increases the service life of the concrete. PIP CD-LS3 becomes a permanent and integral part of the concrete and therefore won’t scratch or peel off. Concrete treated with PIP CD-LS3 can be diamond polished with a buffing machine in order to achieve a high sheen, glassy look.

PIP CD-SS4

Sodium Silicate Concrete Hardener and Densifier
A clear Sodium Silicate concrete hardener and densifier that is designed to penetrate and react with calcium hydroxide (free lime) to form calcium silicate hydrate which increases the hardness and density of the concrete.
