A slurry is a “soupy” self-leveling floor system consisting of a polymer filled with finer aggregate(s). Slurries are applied with a notched squeegee or a slurry/cam rake over uneven, pitted, spalling or slightly damaged concrete substrates. After placement, the aggregate settles into the surface voids and the polymer liquid settles on the top. This type of cure does two things. The thicker, aggregate-filled polymer mixture fills voids and levels uneven concrete slabs, and the polymer liquids create a durable, smooth and glossy surface.

Slurry systems are extremely durable and offer excellent abrasion-resistance, combined with high-gloss and light-reflectivity. And because slurries are less labor-intensive to install than troweled polymer mortars, they are often an excellent choice for light to moderate concrete resurfacing where a faster return to service is a requirement. In fact, a fast-cure slurry system could allow foot traffic in as little as three to four hours.

System Description:
A slurry flooring system consisting of a urethane concrete slurry coating top coated with an aliphatic urethane enhanced with GlossGrip Safety, Gloss and Wear Additive. This system features good thermal-shock, chemical and abrasion resistance. Suited for use in areas where the concrete slab is worn or slightly damaged.

System Description:
A slurry flooring system consisting of a urethane concrete slurry base broadcasted with aluminum oxide. The system is top coated with an aliphatic urethane enhanced with DiamondWear additive. This extreme wearing slurry system works well in constant wet areas where slip-resistance is a requirement. This system exhibits an extremely abrasion-resistant, heavily textured surface and can be pigmented in a vast array of colors.

System Description:
A slurry flooring system consisting of a urethane concrete slurry broadcast with silica aggregate, followed by a highly chemical-resistant novalac epoxy. This floor system restores old or damaged concrete and is suited for areas exposed to various chemicals including strong acids, caustics and solvents.

System Description:
A slurry floor system consisting of a self-priming, self-leveling, thermal shock-resistant urethane concrete overlay broadcast with silica aggregate. This system is then top coated with a thermal shock-resistant urethane concrete finish coat. This system exhibits thermal expansion rates similar to that of concrete, making it an ideal choice for shop areas exposed to thermal cycling from hot and cold-water washdowns.

System Description:
A slurry flooring system consisting of an accelerated-cure urethane concrete broadcast with silica aggregate, top coated with a fast-curing polyaspartic topcoat. This system is ideal for areas exposed to general foot and wheeled traffic. This system is suited for areas with minimal shutdown windows where quick return to service is a requirement.

System Description:
A flexible slurry flooring system consisting of an epoxy primer followed by a flexible epoxy slurry. A flexible hybrid polymer basecoat is broadcasted with silica aggregate, and then grout coated with a flexible hybrid polymer. The system is then top coated with an aliphatic urethane enhanced with GlossGrip Safety, Gloss and Wear Additive. This floor system is ideal for areas of high impact where tools or heavy items are frequently dropped on the floor.
