Floor coating systems typically consist of a primer and subsequent topcoat(s). These systems are applied at a range of 15 to 40 mils total system thickness. Depending on use requirements, there are different polymer coating technologies available. From fast-cure epoxies and polyaspartics, to chemical-resistant novalacs and urethanes, to flexible and thermal shock-resistant coatings, we can recommend the correct system to meet your unique requirements.
Coating systems provide adequate coverage to hide slight imperfections in the concrete slab, creating a long-wearing, easy to clean, smooth surface. High-build coatings systems are an excellent choice for general manufacturing areas and warehouses, as well as institutional, commercial or retail areas subject to normal foot, forklift and equipment traffic. Coating systems offer color stability, light-reflectivity and overall pleasing aesthetics. These systems are easy to apply and are relatively maintenance-free. A good cleaning with a mild, neutral-PH cleaner is usually all it takes to get your coating system looking like new again.

System Description:
This system consists of an epoxy primer, followed by a high-build epoxy basecoat. The system then receives a topcoat of aliphatic urethane enhanced with GlossGrip Safety, Gloss and Wear Additive. This low-odor coating system can be pigmented in a variety of colors, and features excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Suited for use in general traffic areas where aesthetics and cleanability are a requirement.

Extreme-Wear Floor Coating SystemTexture: T21
System Description:
This system consists of an epoxy primer, followed by a high-build epoxy basecoat. The system then receives a coat of a aliphatic urethane and a topcoat of aliphatic urethane enhanced with DiamondWear high-wear additive. This extreme wearing coating system is suited for areas exposed to heavy wheel and foot traffic, such as aisleways and warehouse areas. This system exhibits a high-wearing satin finish and can be pigmented in a vast array of colors.

Chemical-Resistant Floor Coating SystemTexture: T10
System Description:
This system consists of a chemical-resistant epoxy primer top coated with a highly chemical-resistant novalac epoxy. This semi-gloss coating system is designed to withstand a wide array of chemical contact including strong acids, caustics and solvents. Suited for general-use areas requiring excellent overall chemical resistance.

Shock-Resistant Floor Coating SystemTexture: T31
System Description:
This system consists of two applications of a self-priming, self-leveling, thermal shock-resistant urethane concrete high-build concrete overlay. This system exhibits thermal expansion rates similar to that of concrete, making it an ideal general-use choice for areas exposed to hot and cold-water washdowns. Ideally suited for general food prep areas where an economical protective concrete coating with thermal-shock resistance characteristics is required.

System Description:
This system consists of a fast-curing epoxy primer followed by a fast-curing polyaspartic topcoat with a sparse broadcast of silica aggregate. This easy-to-clean, light-reflective, UV-resistant system is ideal for general use areas exposed to general traffic. This system is suited for areas with minimal shutdown windows where quick return to service is a requirement.
