A mortar/resurfacer floor system typically consists of a primer followed with an application of a trowel-finished mortar. This mortar is a blend of high-performance polymer resin combined with custom-blended aggregates or concrete powders. Subsequent polymer topcoats are then applied as determined by the intended use of the floor area. These heavy-duty systems not only protect concrete substrates, they can resurface badly damaged concrete providing a long-lasting, stronger concrete cap.
These systems are best suited for heavy industrial operations, or any area exposed to harsh traffic or processes. Since mortar systems are trowel-applied, they require qualified installation. System Description:
A heavy-duty mortar system consisting of an epoxy primer followed by an application of a trowel-applied epoxy mortar. The system is then grout coated with an epoxy grout material and top coated with a high-performance aliphatic urethane enhanced with GlossGrip Safety, Gloss and Wear Additive. This mortar system will resurface badly damaged concrete to a new, more durable surface. This system is ideal for industrial areas exposed to heavy use and forklift traffic.

Extreme-Wear Mortar Flooring SystemTexture: T21
System Description:
An extreme-wearing, heavy-duty mortar system consisting of an epoxy primer followed by an application of a trowel-applied, resin-rich epoxy mortar. The system is then top coated with a high-performance aliphatic urethane and final coated with a urethane enhanced with DiamondWear additive. This mortar system will resurface badly damaged concrete to a new, more durable surface. This system is suited for the most demanding industrial applications where the floor is subject to high wear and impact.

Chemical-Resistant Mortar Flooring SystemTexture: T10
System Description:
A highly chemical-resistant mortar system consisting of an epoxy primer followed by an application of a trowel-applied solvent-resistant epoxy mortar. The system is then top coated with a chemical-resistant novalac epoxy. This mortar system will resurface badly damaged concrete to a new, more durable surface. Suited for industrial areas exposed to aggressive chemicals and solvents.

Shock-Resistant Mortar Flooring SystemTexture: T30
System Description:
A urethane concrete mortar system consisting of a self-priming, trowel grade, thermal shock-resistant urethane concrete overlay. This monolithic system exhibits thermal expansion rates similar to that of concrete, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty areas exposed to thermal cycling from hot and cold-water washdowns.

Fast-Cure Mortar Flooring SystemTexture: T10
System Description:
A fast-cure, heavy-duty mortar system consisting of an accelerated epoxy primer followed by an application of an accelerated, trowel-applied epoxy mortar. The system is then coated with a fast-setting epoxy grout material and top coated with a fast-setting epoxy. This mortar system will resurface badly damaged concrete to a new, more durable surface. Suited for fast-tracking industrial concrete resurfacing applications where there is a limited shutdown window.

System Description:
A heavy-duty, flexible mortar system consisting of an epoxy primer followed by an application of a resilient epoxy mortar. The system is then coated with a flexible epoxy/urethane hybrid coating and top coated with an aliphatic urethane enhanced with GlossGrip Safety, Gloss and Wear Additive. This mortar system will resurface badly damaged concrete to a new, more durable surface, and is suited for MEP, interstitial floors, liquid processing and elevated areas requiring a very resilient flooring overlay.
